At Salone Satellite 2025, part of Salone del Mobile during Milan Design Week, Maria Gil presented a selection of works that reflect her bold, narrative-driven approach to contemporary furniture. Challenging the status quo, the pieces offered fresh perspectives shaped by storytelling, material sensitivity, and a sense of responsibility in an age of overproduction. The scenographic setup celebrated all projects as protagonists, unified through a deep red palette of fabric, carpet, and accents. The result was a theatrical, almost cinematic atmosphere that elevated the objects and brought their narrative qualities to the foreground.
